These are really rare episodes....not a lot of people have seen them. I'm currently in the process of fansubbing the copy of Operation II I have. I don't have Operation I because it's all footage from the series, but Operation II is new footage that shows what happens immediately after Episode 49. If anyone wants to see these extremely rare episodes, add me on Yahoo!Messenger or MSN messenger and I can send them to you.
